Harmony Shuttles – Terms and Conditions

  1. Agreement
    By using Harmony Shuttles’ services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
  2. Booking Confirmation
    2.1. All bookings made with Harmony Shuttles are subject to availability.
    2.2. Harmony Shuttles reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its discretion.
  3. Fare Payment
    3.1. The fare for Harmony Shuttles’ services must be paid in full in advance or as per the agreed terms.
    3.2. Payments can be made through various methods, as specified on the Harmony Shuttles website or as communicated by our customer service representatives.
  4. Cancellation and Refunds
    4.1. Cancellations made by customers must be communicated to Harmony Shuttles at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a refund.
    4.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee, as determined by Harmony Shuttles.
    4.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the cancellation request.
  5. Changes to Bookings
    5.1. Customers may request changes to their booking details, such as pickup/drop-off location, time, or vehicle type, subject to availability and Harmony Shuttles’ approval.
    5.2. Harmony Shuttles reserves the right to charge an additional fee for any changes made to a booking.
  6. Delayed Flights and Other Delays
    6.1. Harmony Shuttles monitors flight arrival times for airport pickups. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform Harmony Shuttles of any delays or changes to their flight schedule.
    6.2. Harmony Shuttles will make reasonable efforts to accommodate delays caused by factors beyond the customer’s control, such as traffic or weather conditions.
  7. Conduct and Safety
    7.1. Harmony Shuttles reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group deemed to be a threat to the safety, comfort, or well-being of our drivers or other passengers.
    7.2. Customers are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during the journey. Any damage caused to Harmony Shuttles’ vehicles due to customer misconduct may result in additional charges.
  8. Vehicle Assignment
    8.1. Harmony Shuttles will assign vehicles based on availability and the number of passengers specified during the booking process.
    8.2. Harmony Shuttles reserves the right to upgrade or change the assigned vehicle if necessary, without prior notice.
  9. Data Privacy
    9.1. Harmony Shuttles will handle customer data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy, which can be found on our website.
    9.2. Customer information will be used solely for the purpose of providing transportation services and will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s consent, unless required by law.
  10. Limitation of Liability
    10.1. Harmony Shuttles will take reasonable measures to ensure a safe and reliable transportation service. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the provision of our services, except where prohibited by law.
  11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    11.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa . Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of justice.
